2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register only one (1) active account on 51cg1. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using identical or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. 51cg1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect that your password has been compromised, change it immediately and contact the 51cg1 support team.
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Any false or misleading information submitted during registration or the identity verification (KYC) process may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance. 51cg1 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time to meet legal compliance requirements.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 51cg1 platform is lawful in the region or jurisdiction where they are located. 51cg1 makes no representation that the services offered are legal or accessible in all locations. It is the user's responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 51cg1 platform:
- Using software, bots, or any automated method to manipulate games, bets, or platform systems.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or unlawfully exploit the bonus system.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal activities or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Sharing your account login credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account.
- Using a VPN or other technical means to conceal your true location in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Posting threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful content that infringes on the rights of other users through any social feature on the platform.

4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the 51cg1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Users are solely responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or third-party payment service provider.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the payment service provider. In most cases, deposits made via FPX and GrabPay are processed instantly. Any delay in deposit crediting due to technical disruptions or issues on the part of a third-party payment provider is beyond 51cg1's control.
Winning withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once a withdrawal request is received and all verification requirements are met. 51cg1 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal above a certain limit. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to change in accordance with the platform's prevailing policies. Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements stated in each respective promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
5. Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Closure

51cg1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, data loss, or financial losses resulting from wagering decisions. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed.
Account Suspension
51cg1 reserves the right to suspend a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused the promotions system. During the suspension period, the user will not be able to access their account balance or make any transactions.
Account Closure
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the 51cg1 support team. Once a closure request is received, any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe, subject to identity verification requirements. Any balance consisting of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 51cg1 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, images, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 51cg1 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
